Nope I repaired it, wahoo! This new one will give him more HP and is much more suited for boost anyway. His old motor is as good as new. It actually came from the factory one timing sprocket tooth off and one head bolt not torqued the final 90 degrees to spec. The dealership told him his timing was slightly off but had no idea which sprocket. He never flipped a code or anything that would suggest it either, strange for an interference motor.

LMAO, on a side note my neighbor just asked me why I don't do simple mods like leveling kits or CAI intakes. Why I always do major projects, lol. I told him anyone can those.

That would be sick, run two blown 4.7Ls in the same truck!

you think thats weird, i was workin on a truck at school and it was making alot of ticking noises
Well the right bank was timed 180* off. It was timed exactly the same as the left bank cam. All i had to do was re time it and grind the valves and it perrd like a kitten
