Got the new shaft installed and it seems like the click has disappeared. I cant tell where exactly the old shaft failed though. Either way, Im happy.

I also threw a new belt on the truck and I cant believe how quiet everything is now. My old belt had absolutly nothing wrong with it (looks like its OEM) but it sounded like a washing machine was running under the hood. Now I can just hear the engie noise with the hood open. Now on to an oil change!
