Arrow dakota amp question

I am thinking about installing a amp under my rear fold down seat in my 2006 dodge dakota and there is a little box under their and was wondering is that the stock amp? If this is just what I think it is could I tap into that harness for a input, as well as what else is in that harness?

Thanks

Welcome to DF and the 3rd Gen section! There are a couple people on here that have installed aftermarket systems. Do you have an extended cab or club cab?

It you have the infinity system there will be an amp under the rear seat on the drivers side. Don't know if its possible to piggyback that amp.

I think I just have a basic set-up, but this morning I ask a friend and he said it could be for the satellite radio that came stock. I also took a closer look and disconnected that box and everything still work. So what do you guys thing it is?

Can you take a picture of it? The amp for my infinity system sits under the rear seat on the drivers side, way back next to the wall.

Dodge sized that power wire for that amp. You need to run your own power, sized to your amp. You can use the remote wire(blue wire) to turn your amp on and off.
