Install took about an hour an ten minutes, opening box to cleaning up. Under high vacuum it sounds very normal. Under low vacuum...

Do you get a whistle sound at all with the intake?

Nope, on the 91 octane tune already. The SC Flashpaq was actually the first mod, but since it requires no real work, I didn't count it.

No whistle. There was some resonance, but a little more seperation between the tube and filter cured that. Hopefully I'll have a video clip tomorrow, then you can listen.
