Wheel Bearing
I guess I'm just an old fart. *sigh*
But then, maybe that's why they lasted 165,000 miles on my 1992 without so much as a repack. Those look like non-tapered rollers in there, in the O-Reilly pic. Is that so?
Lot more load-bearing area. And no adjustment? (No opportunity for mis-adjustment, either.)

They are sure it's the bearing right? I have fairly aggressive AT tires and as they wore they were sounding exactly like a bad wheel bearing to the point that after I couldn't find anything wrong I took it to a local mechanic I trust for a second opinion. He checked it out and said the bearing was fine but the noise was caused by the tires, even he agreed it sounded amazingly close to a bad wheel bearing.
I believe its a wheel bearing. I still have the factory tires on so I dont think it would be that and I actually bring my truck to the local performance shop for everything so I trust them. My friend works at a garage so he told me just to order the part and he will help me change it out for nothing but maybe lunch and a 6 pack. Also you guys are right it comes as a hub assembly and the cheapest I can find around here for the premium part is $155.
