But i just dont have the money to get a kit going out right away and not have anyone buy it. kind of like gambling lol. the kind of gamble that big companies can afford to make.

so the steering upgrades will be for lifted, lowered, or stock guys. fully adjustable heims, custom steering clevis which we turned in house on our mill. and eliminates any bind from high angles and also eliminates the cheap ball and socket inner joint that the RAMs had a recall on (and ours are almost the exact same)

If the steering upgrade sells like hotcakes than all that money will be used to expidite the mid travel kit, which has been put on hold, but still being worked on slowly. and if the steering kits dont sell than im going to just build my 3" extended long travel prerunner system for my own personal dakota and just let everyone "oooo and ahhh" over it, and offer fabrication to anyone who can swing the price tag and bring their truck down to vegas. so theres a few options going on at the moment but of course. money is holding up everything lol. dont lose hope guys, im not going anywhere.

on the NON suspension side of things. im gettin ready to make a tube prerunner (hopefully) bolt on front and rear bumper because i have DOM tubing laying around and my tube bender has been begging me to use it. so that could also be something you guys might like that would help fund the lift.

Were going to try to beat similar kits as far as pricing goes. I'll know an exact number when it's done. Probably in the 3-400 range

We don't have an 08 to test on so I don't know of the differences between the years.

As far as prerunner bumpers. I'm guessing you guys all want to keep those useless front sway bars on? I'm asking because usually the lower part of those bumpers where the skid plate is, attaches to the sway bar mounts.

Yeah man, sorry to hear about the shop!
But great news on the progress for the lift kit.
Vegas isn't too far for me and it's been a little over a year since I have been out there. The wife has been talking about another trip out there lately. So she can go shoe shopping at the Forum and hang out by the pool while I get the truck upgraded. I want to redo my front end and get some major suspension upgrades on there so I can hit some off road trails by next summer. But seriously, I would consider making the trip and running some prototype stuff on my ride in the spring. I plan to do a lot of off roading with it, so it would be a great abuse test for the kit!
Seems like a lot of people on here want a good suspension lift, so selling a bunch shouldn't be a problem based on all the posts on Suspension Lift Interest List:
https://dodgeforum.com/forum/3rd-gen...rest-list.html. But totally understand about the need for startup capital...

Thanks again for all the hardwork and looking forward to future updates!
