is it possible.........
And the seats, if they are the same as the 2k ones, the center seat is bolted with 4 bolts to brackets. the BRACKETS are riveted to the Driver and Passenger seats.
I pulled the seats out of my old 2k tons of times, By myself (the full seats together) but 2 people makes it ALOT easier, and on Club Cabs, the rear doors would also make it 100x Easier to get them out the doors to.

You could cut the head off with a dremel, or maybe a grinder.
I never removed them off the 2k, I was going to use them to help hold the Console I was going to build.
As long as the ignition isn't turned on while the air bag is disconnected, the light shouldn't come. We don't have these problems at work, and yes we remove air bag equipped seats frequently.
The best way to remove rivets (that are tight) is by drilling them out with the same size drill that matches the hole they are in. This might take a couple tries to figure out, but even if it's undersized just a little, the rivet will be weakened enough to break free.

Ah ok cool. I'm still caught trying to get this damn suede too...if anything (slightly cheaper) would u consider wrapping the side trim in the toupe vinyl too? Or I could do a different color vinyl like an accent to it....just another option...that place is wanting me to pay the $40 price but I'm still gonna bug him to cut that price and look some other places too
But I'm typically not worried about putting whatever I'm de-riveting back together.
Just wanted to follow up and show you what to expect when removing the front middle seat.
