Its on the oil filler neck, just below the cap, should stick out about 2" and have a rubber hose going into the intake manifold somewhere, usually on the back of the engine

If it is not on the oil fill neck, it is screwed into the head on the driver's side (back), near the EGR valve.
It will most likely be blue, and have a tube that runs to the back of the intake.

Most 2006 and up have this config...I just converted mine from the filler neck PCV to the one that screws into the head. I friggin' have nothing but HATE for the one on the neck

Bad photo but no one has got me a new one to add to my collection.

You can see the little blue thing in the way upper portion of the photo.
I know this is a v8 shown with its valve covers off, but it would look similar.

Rock auto shows the same part number for 2005-2006 V6 & V8. Fram #FV408. A quick check of auto zone and oreillys shows the same part number for the 05/06 V6 &V8 also. Might not be blue though.

I think the whole plastic filler neck was a bad idea anyways since it's position causes so much condensation. Putting a valve there for all that gunk to ****** on to just adds to fuel to the fire.

Default 06 pcv valve

i bought the fv408 one but i think its the one that goes in the filler neck the one in the back has threads on the bottom of it and screws in- it might be fv405 - id have to look at it more closely in the store to compare the thread sizes to know for sure-
