I wouldn't change those mounts they dont look that bad. Maybe add another one if u want to play it safe

 

Those are solid motor mounts and a solid piece of steal it and going anywhere lol

As for the ECU/Harness I got a 2000 trans am ecu and there is an ebay company that makes a plug and play harness we just had to wire in the tranny harness into it. If I would of put a T56 in it it would of been completely plug and play.

Also the drive side header fits like a glove as for the passenger side we need to heat up the pipes by the flange and bend it about 1/8 of an inch to get it to clear the frame
