brake pedal noise
As of last night i noticed that my 2006 dakota was starting to make a noise that sounds like its coming from inside the cab. When i press on the brake pedal, i can hear a very low tone, coming from the pedal area that sounds like a harmonica being played very quietly. I dont have any warning lights on the dash either and i couldnt find any leaks either. It makes me think its related to brake pressure?
Anyone ever heard of anything like this before?

I have the same issue, I think it has something to do with a air cylinder in the brake pedal needing to be greased. I have been to lazy to look and have just lived with it for the past couple years lol.
ive done this on a 300c theres a spring up there under the dash thats making that noise just shoot it with some WD it will go away. mines starting to do the same also, kinda makes me think im loosing my mind sometimes!

Mine squeaked and that was the problem, hit it with white lithium grease and problem solved
