Default brake pedal noise

As of last night i noticed that my 2006 dakota was starting to make a noise that sounds like its coming from inside the cab. When i press on the brake pedal, i can hear a very low tone, coming from the pedal area that sounds like a harmonica being played very quietly. I dont have any warning lights on the dash either and i couldnt find any leaks either. It makes me think its related to brake pressure?
Anyone ever heard of anything like this before?

I have the same issue, I think it has something to do with a air cylinder in the brake pedal needing to be greased. I have been to lazy to look and have just lived with it for the past couple years lol.

i guess ill just have to turn the rock music up a little louder then! JK, ill probably go pickup a haynes or chilton repair manual really soon to figure out how to grease it.

Mine squeaked and that was the problem, hit it with white lithium grease and problem solved
