Default Leaking water pls help

I am new to the forum and my question is... I have a 2006 dodge Dakota 4dr and when we have a heavy rain my floor boards under my Matt's are really wet and if it rains hard enough water drips from where the seat belts attach to the truck at the top... I do have a factory sun roof and have had the drain tubes cleaned about 2 months ago and I am having this problem again but only during hard rain storms.... Would it be the tubes again? What do I do to fix it without having to clean the tubes every couple months if that is the problem? Thanks...

Here's another thread about the leaking. There are some different theories there that might help you. My guess is the drain tubes though, do you park under trees a lot?

Yes, my whole drive way and yard is covered by 4 very big trees... Thats why I asking if it is the drain tubes then is there something I can do to reduce the problem other than cleaning the tubes every couple months or another replacement hose that is better than the factory drains... My wife has a Toyota celiac with sun roof and parks in the same area and never has any leaks or anything...

I will agree with it being your tubes but can't help out with a solution besides cleaning them lol

Sorry for the delay... I have cleaned the lines water ran straight through them nothing came out except water and it was clean looking water. I did not see any dirt or discolored water come out... What should I do next?

I have the same problem but only when I park the truck pointing up hill when it rains real hard. Also no sunroof here.

Ok I think I have solved the problem... I just fixed it today so waiting on some rain to test it but this is it... Sorry I dnt know technical terms... It was the rubber seal on the door there are two of them but I am talking about the first one had no water sealant put on it when I had work done to the truck and water was running behind it to the second rubber trim and at the bottom where the rubber is split leaking through there into the carpet... Hope this make since to everyone and helps y'all out
