Mine wasnt to bad on the front only one area of rust, the back was where it was.
I also painted the plastic so it doesnt look so faded anymore. Used bedliner on it to. Also the finished pic has my Tail light covers on to.

So since they didnt change the rear bumper from 2005-2012
does theat mean if i buy a front bumper for a 2007 itll fit exact on a 2008?

No, 2005-2007 Fronts are the same, and 2008+ are the same I believe.
I do know 05-07 will NOT fit a 08+ (Look at my sig pic, its a 05)
