Default got my doner radio

so i posted before about adding rca outputs to a res radio (internal amp no uconnect)

i got a donor radio and have begun preliminary research

i noticed the 10 pin uconnect plug is in the radio even though it doesnt have the call button

this connector has audio outputs (are they always enabled, and are they amped?)

the chips on the board have some sort of glue on them to obscure the labels

there is a 12 conductor ribbon cable connecting the cd drive to the main board

there is a TDA7563AH amp chip http://html.alldatasheet.com/html-pd...TDA7563AH.html

the pins i am going to use are 14-16, pin 14 being the signal ground

these are the inputs for the ampchip for the rear channels
they are the 3 middle pins on the chip

i have to wait to go further as i dont have the my soldering station or rca connectors here

i plan to drill a hole in the unused grey part of the connector for the rca outputs

edit:
does anyone know if the factory radio needs the can bus to turn on ? or can i just give it 12volts

also pinouts can be found here http://www.nitroforumz.com/showthread.php?t=390

Well I hooked up the doner radio today and the dak doesn't like it, starts flashing lights at me and wont stay running

My guess is the radio has the old vin stored/ ecm has orig radio serial programmed

Is there a way to tell the truck to use the new radio without a dealer trip?

well i bit the bullet and took my factory radio apart and added the rca wires to it

hooked it all up and viola it works

only downside is a get a lil pop when i turn the car on, guess ill have to live with it
i put a old 8" kicker cvr in a truck box with a 150x2 kicker amp

the box is behind the driver side rear seat and the amp is under the seat, with the speaker there the seat no longer lifts up
