A double din wont fit without some cutting, trimming and modifying the opening and bezel, thats why crutchfield says it wont fit. With a bit of patience and creativity, it can be done:

Did you have an Infinity system, or does that matter when changing the radio unit. I wonder if the plugs are the same...
