Default Engines on its way!

Yea i ordered the engine after finding that oil was getting in my intake manifold and having fuel in the oil. Instead of wasteing time pulling the heads i decided to chance it and buy an engine, I ordered a 4.7 h.o with 10k miles

Difference is manifold and cams, correct? I wouldn't mind the 30 extra horses..let us know the difference in performance between the two when you are done. I'm interested in seeing if the motor is as good on paper as it is in person

Pistons and connecting rods are forged in the Dakota HOs and additionally, the crank was forged in the Jeep Overland HO. Great motor for boost!

Ahhh I see, thats probably quite the noticeable difference in power and torque then. Just to throw it out there..I switched to the NGK V power's today. Such an easy motor to do a tune up on except I only drive the truck about a mile or two since changing them. Hopefully I can tell the difference between those and OEM Champions that were in like new condition!
