Alright this damn thing is screwing with me... Took my propane torch and heated it after spraying it with WD40. Put the press on and what ya know it starts to move. But then it angles off it and pushes it at a angle... I say screw it and keep going. Next thing ya know SNAP! I'm on my butt wondering what happened.... My new breaker bar snapped at the nipple... I guess I get the quality from oreillys lol. Going to see about a different bar tomorrow.

That sucks, Some breaker bars have a rating, One of mine is only rated to 110lbs.

Mine doesn't say what it was rated for. I don't know how it broke... I've done worse to cheap ratchets and they didn't seize up lol. Guess I'll see if they got a bit better one tomorrow.

You didn't know your own strength.

I had that happen with a crescent wrench once, but it bounced off an adjacent cross member and smacked me right in the face and cut my lip. Oh man, I was dazed and when I started to think again I was so pissed. I got my first real wrench set the next day lol, no more adjustables for me.

180+ pounds of girth just yanking into the bar with a pipe on it was too much for it lmao.

Got that freaking sucker OUT! and back IN! FTW! After I got my new breaker bar of course lmao. Now how do I get that lower strut bolt out???? The bushing spins with it then stops... Like its rusted solid on the inside.

Front left is COMPLETE! I put the lower ball joints in the freezer and boy did that help putting it in!

And I couldn't do my leveling kit... The holes wouldn't line up at the tower...

what do you mean they would not line up at the tower? Did you have it in correctly? I think it can only go a certain way back in, as in the studs are not spaced equally around the top of the strut. did you try turning it?

The 3 new holes for the kit are backwards. 2 in front one in back. The tower on the frame is the opisite.

It lines up on the strut, just doesn't line up the new hole son the tower on the truck... If I could flip the strut around it may work... But I couldn't get the bolt out... The spacer in the bushings just spun with the bolt...
