My guess is he meant you can keep the stock piping before the Y, and the stock cats. I have heard a lot of people call it a Y even if it doesn't have a Y and goes to an X-pipe instead.
yea I'm wondering if mine will throw any emissions codes, I've heard the 4.7 pcm is kinda a stickler for 02 readings. I'll probably try the spark plug fouler trick if I have any.

The best way is to have one of your stock O2 sensors with you, look for the right one to match.. and you also have to drill the non-fouler out to like 1/2 inch. It's just a spacer to get the sensor out of the way of the exhaust flow and direct heat, but you don't want to block it completely
Jeremy, if you wanna get together and get these headers installed let me know, I took a look at whats required, and its pretty straightforward. We just need to NOT snap any heads off these bolts. Let me know, mine should be here in a few days.
