Reminds me of my dads 82 non-turbo diesel K5 blazer. When it was new, and he dressed it up nice, someone tried to steal it. But my dad had rerouted the ignition glowplug heater to a switch for better control with the colder weather. He caught them after they tried for 5 minutes to start it, one of them got arrested.
