Default Traction Control

Any way to turn it off or hook it to a switch to turn it on and off. I hate having a turbo v8 and not being able to spin the tires from a stop. Is it a hard wire i can tap into or something controleld internally from the ecu?

Yeah the 2011 model doesn't appear have it either... closest thing I can think of is a limited slip.

Pretty sure it has traction control or something similar might not be called traction control, when it detects wheel slip it will kill the throttle, hence why an automatic gen 3 dakota can't do burn outs. I was just wondering if it was hard wired so I can splice a toggle into it to turn it on and off

Neither does mine, I've spun the tires through 3rd gear on a rainy day several times.

I was able to spin one tire with ease. Never cut out the throttle on me.

The only time my truck cuts power is at 110 MPH. Freaked me out the first time to. I had forgot about the rev limiter.
