Question: Has anyone accidentally put washer fluid in the coolant overflow?

We have all done dumb stuff then we've looked over our shoulders to see if anyone else saw it. Then we said Good, no one saw that, but we still know we did it! I 've seen washer fluid put into rad overflow, no big deal, it'll boil off then appear to be low, then just add the right stuff next time.

Washer fluid is blue
Coolant fluid is red

When I was a wee lad, we were doing some work on my Grandfather's farm.

My brother and I were given a can of gas that had been drained out of something that was being stored and told to go put it in the tractor (Ford 8N). If you don't know, the gas tank is hidden under a panel back near the steering wheel, the rad cap, however, is right prominent at the front of the hood - all exposed and everything - yup, you guessed it, we poured about a litre of gas into the rad.

Don't know how my grandfather figured it out, but my dad asked us what we were thinking! That was 38 years ago, I always double check now . . .
