Going to have a shop install an Auburn LSD into my 3.55 rear end one of these days. The Auburn is sitting in my garage still, just waiting.

Sure, if you have an extra $2000-$3000 lying around, since 4x4s require both axles to be changed.

What rear end to you have? 8.25" or 9.25"? You can purchase factory LSD units from randys ring and pinion. Or, drop in a better unit like the the Auburn or Eaton.

Just do the front yourself. Here's a link for you when I did my 4.56 gears.

I'm kinda disappointed with my Auburn lately, maybe I need a fluid change but it doesn't seem to be as tight as it was when it was new. It will still keep 50/50 power transfer in a straight line, but cornering almost feels "open" anymore. It will spin 1 wheel in a turn if I let it. When it was new, (12k miles ago) it was tight, and almost reluctant to allow the wheels to spin at different rates when cornering. But then again, maybe it's just the way it should feel when it's worn in.
