Hey by the way, the only other existing gen 3 hemi swap resides in northern Michigan. I bet you could get s ton of info from that guy, he races his dak all the time and has made lots of changes. He's also 4wd. He's just not too heavy on internet usage so it takes a bit to get a hold of him.

damn Nissans don't have any form of communication between the ECU and TCU..very poor BUS systems on those things. Maybe the Titan was different and did that on purpose but I know that when the Z came out it couldn't even burn the tires because once you hit the brake pedal it didn't even know you were requesting torque with your other foot but seriously the basic bolts on do make a major difference! E-fan is probably the best bang for the buck after a tuner. If only my truck had an LSD from the factory..but hey I have two nice sets of tires that I spent too much $ on

I'm having the same trouble with my 05 Dak. It won't break the tires loose unless I power brake it or when it's wet. And sometimes not even when it's wet. I hate my 3.55s.

Yea mine was that way, even with all the bolt ons. Dont have any troubles now lol. But maybe a set of cams would help you guys, as well as a higher stall. Too bad the cams are so hard to get a hold of.

Grego, my stall is a 2600 which is very street friendly, its an OEM converter from a 2012 ram R/T anything higher than 2800-3000ish and you will have drivability issues, and heat build up in the trans since higher stalls don't like low Rpms at all. A few people make them, the most common are Edge, then there's ATS, circle d, and a few other rebuilders. You can also have your stock torque converter reworked to a higher stall

I have no problem spinning the tires with my 05. I guess our roads down here suck that much.

Concider a Linelock,or dragstrip tips at the burnout lane.Lite/heavy brake.Idle forward at the same time 3(three lite taps on the brakepedal) set the brakevalve for front brake only, hammer gas holding brakepedal and you should get smoke.Just a thought...

OK, so I guess I'm missing something here.

The whole point of 4x4 is to keep power going from the engine to the ground. This is a good thing if you can't break the tires loose, isn't it???
