My Dak, 4wd and 3.55s will break loose if I punch it, but maybe the area around here is like what Dimes said...

I'm 4wd and 3.55s. I can power brake for smoke and just floor it for a good 30-40 foot stripe on the ground. That's with A/T tires too.

Do you guys also have LSDs? I didn't have a prob leaving a 1 wheel wonder at all before I got the LSD. That was the easy part.

And then there's quad vs extended cab, and there's all the tire/wheel combos, air temp, air pressure, road temp, tire temp lol. Road texture, wear point on the tires, fuel level... haha...

But long story short, there's no computer limiting factor or safety mechanism in place to prevent power braking, like Nissan has. DBW 08+ could be a different story though.

Mine could burn rubber through 2nd gear....with only one wheel...lol...it was more embarrassing than anything else, plus, when you spend close to $200 per tire, burning rubber just does not sound so macho....unless your made of money.
