Greetings: Will a fiberglass camper shell from a 2000 Quad Cab Dakota fit a 2005? How will it vary? Thanks.

Yes it will fit, but for some stupid reason, they tapered the outside edge of the bed rails on the 3rd gens but it will fit. I had one off a 2001 on my 2005. The rear edge of the top is outside the rail and the front edge is inside the outer edge. but the inside of the rails are square.
