Default Whine noise from cooler lines?

Hi everyone Im new to this forum I recentle have had my 2005 dakota slt 3.7L since day one it currently has 101k mile on it. Im trying to solve this anoying issue that has been bothering me its a whine noise coming from the lower cooler line near the transmission. The noise is there constant weather its in P R or D have confirm its from there by using a stethoscope, the only thing Ive check so far was the trany oil which read at correct level. Any ideas would really appreciate it alot thank you

Any issues with the truck?

Almost sounds like a vibration or something from a broke or loose mount?

Truck seems to run fine with no issues other than the noise. Theres been times when it would go away for a minute than come back.

I tried uploading a video to show a sample of the noise since sometimes it can be hard to explain, but for some reason the site wont allow me to. I will most likely be able to email the video to you if you dont mind sending me your email.

The best way would be to upload it to youtube and then share the youtube link with us

Has the tranny fluid and filter been changed at all? If it hasn't been done for 20 or 30 K I would do that and while the pan is off disconnect the cooler lines and blow them out. There may be a chunk of crap caught in one of the fittings and causing the noise at times.
