Simple bolt-ons. The numbers are each individual modification's individual estimate by their manufacturers. Numbers change once they're combined.
Most common b/c of price for gain:
Superchips performance programer +16-20
Flowmaster catback exhaust +10
K&N CAI +9
More pricey and difficult:
Electric Fan ~+10
Headers (Gibson) +5
Someone might chime in about a HO cam swap, but I'm not that familiar with them nor how much you would gain.
If you're willing to drop the money there is a thread on boosting and will get you up to 300 no problem.
A higher (#) axle ratio will also help but that's not really HP related.
Others have much more and better info than I do but this will point you in the rite direction. I know I'm forgetting something(s).

As stated, tuner, catback, e-fan, CAI for bolt-ons. HO cams are not worth the cost, IMO. Not enough HP gain to offset the cost of installation (unless you do it yourself). Headers the same situation. Here are a couple of links worth reading:
