brake bleed wrench
Bleed screws are often rusted into place to some degree and open end or adjustable wrenches will spread enough to slip & round the heads off. I use flare nut wrenches that are much thicker and partially wrap around the screw head to prevent the spreading and slipping.
Let's see, Dodge forum, place for asking such questions. 'probably' 1/4" What's the point in posting a reply if you do not know ?
Do you have any small wrenches? If so, grab a handful, crawl under there, and see which one fits.

The 2005 FSM (available for download from this site) doesn't specify the nut size. It does offer the order for bleeding the brakes, assuming that is what you're doing.
STANDARD PROCEDURE
MANUAL BLEEDING
NOTE: Bleed procedure should be in this order (1)
Right rear (2) Left rear (3) Right front (4) Left front.
Since it doesn't give the nut size, I would assume they are standard nuts, probably metric. My guess is somewhere between 9-11mm (my guess is 11-mm). If you take those with you, you'll find the right one.

It's a standard size, probably 1/4" open end wrench.
