On our '05 I took the yoke off so I could beat the snot out of it on the bench, couldn't get a good enough swing at it whilst it was on the truck.

Hubs rust weld themselves to the knuckle rather quickly, which can make it a real task to remove one while the knuckle is still mounted to the truck. I removed the knuckles and set them up on wood blocks. 4-5 shots with a BFH(big f-ing hammer) and they popped right out. Clean the rust out of hole for easier reinstall and apply anti-seize in case there is a next time. If there is a next time, hopefully there won't be, you should be able to knock them out without removing the knuckle. Good luck

Hope you got this done so you could get to work this morning, but if you can weld, there is a fixture you can make - sort of a T made of angle that bolts on to two of the studs with an arm coming 18" or so out from the face of the hub - you whack that with a BFH and it pops the hub out of the knuckle, likity split!
