Default dragging hose under the front end

I just bought a 2005 dakota quad cab 4x4 last night and this morning I found this dragging under the front end. I'm assuming it is something related to the evac system. Any help identifying it and where it is supposed to go would be greatly appreciated. It has obviously been worn down from dragging on the ground.

Vent hose for the front axle. The little 'weather cap' feller has worn away from being dragged on the road.

Thank you! I was really worried about it. Glad to see it's an easy fix. This is my first 4x4 so I'm still learning the basics.

Yep. Just stick it up out of the way someplace it will stay, and you are set.
