For the rear swaybar links As tight as you can get it without snapping the bolt. They have a metal bushing that keeps you from crpushing the joint. If you leave them loose they pop and rattle. Alot of the aftermarket links (the metal ones) the bushing is too long and too big around so the clamping force of the bolt is the only thing that keeps it from moving around and making metal on metal noises

I did pick up the Moog metal ones, so I’ll be sure to snug them down good and tight.

Well I finally got around to swapping out the bushings/links. Used Mevotech for the bushings and Moog problem solvers for the links. The new parts took all the play out of the rear stabilizer bar, and so far no noises.
Thought id update for any one else who runs into this issue.
