Ah most of those links are MIA or for discontinued parts :/ only right tow cables.
Links didn't cut over correctly. But, the thread pages are still there. Better to copy-and-paste the web address into your browser. Some of the products are discontinued, especially the Mopar products. But, some of those are still on eBay, parts pages, or can be pulled from junkyards (try www.row54.com).
I tried on my computer too and it wont let me navigate. Anyone name this part? Also if my condenser for my AC reads already in the red before trying to fill, does that mean I need a new compressor? I had cold air when I first bought it, ac decided to only blow hot air now and I tried to refill but its already in the red.
That part is called 'Cowl Top Panel', part # 55077934AD, which is discontinued of course. The part is the same on all Dakotas from 2008-2011. (Not sure if there was was a difference in the 05-07 cowl, but that part number was 55077934AA.)
Go to Car-Part, which is a listing of Vehicles that are parted out across the nation. You can find any part there, and a lot of listings have pictures.
It sounds like your A/C system has a leak, not sure on that though.

On Carpart, do I just contact the dealer to make sure it's the right part and then pay them to have them ship it or do I have to go to them? Closest one to me is over 150 miles away for this cowl part hahaha

Yeah, I would call (or Email) them, maybe they could sent you a picture to confirm it's the right part. Shipping will cost a few bucks obviously.

Wait til monday cause the one that looks like what I want from the images isnt open til then, that's alot cheaper than what I found from like Summit Racing, they want 150 for that part.
Sometimes there is sticker on the part or it's emblazened on the plastic with the part number. Or, I've used parts websites with blow-up diagrams to find part numbers with some success in the past. Websites like www.moparpartsoverstock.com or www.moparpartsgiant.com. The hard part can be guessing what group or category would include the part.
On those websites, when you select an item like Tow Hook, Right or however, is that all the parts you need to install it or do you need every single item it lists under that category?
