The one on the dash, itll randomly just turn on sometimes when I start it or while driving and then ding a bunch til it goes off and comes back or whatever, I never use the parking brake, but I didnt push it when I first got it to check it out and released it, it doesnt smell or feel like its staying active.

Brake fluid seems same clean color, master cylinder is not low, just did the front brakes, will do rear drums soon.

Sounds like a sensor problem...but, I don't know how to check that or fix it.

You'll need to hook up an advanced code reader, meaning one that reads ABS codes.
An ABS code should be stored and will point you in the right direction and get rid of the light and your brake issue.

Example:

Another thing to though is the code happens so infrequently I couldnt keep a scanner in to pick it up, since it comes and goes so quickly its weird.

The error code should be stored in memory, so the code reader will show the exact error code, even if the light is not illuminated.

If you are near an Autozone, they may have a code reader capable of reading ABS codes for you to use.

I scanned it with my oxgord and had a place scan it, says no codes both times, now the thing is staying on also, thinking bad sensor definetly
