Default Can we say Transmission leak?

[:@][:@][:@]Ok this is getting real old. Now my driveway has transmission fluid drips on it. I got under the truck and sure enough, it’s leaking down the side from the front shaft area of the transfer case. The skid plate is full of fluid and it has flong fluid all the back as far as the gas tank. Hell this thing was never even off road yet. I’m down right scared to take it off road. The lemon is now fully ripe and this thing is out of here. Oh yes and two of the four clips that hold the air filter box cover are missing. Guess the dealer never caught that on its inspection. They probably lost them when it went in for its 3k service. I want a replacement Dak but I’m real apprehensive b/c that may be a big mistake.

It is scheduled for a factory rep review on the engine situations this Wednesday. However, with the final blow found in my driveway yesterday it is all a moot point. I am having my attorney draft a complaint for the argument sanction the initiation of the Florida Lemon Law. The complaint will be sent on Monday (tomorrow) to the dealer via register mail. My family and I are at the breaking point with this product and so is my employer having to schedule morning and afternoon time off on too many occasions. I will post the results of this fiasco.

Florida Lemon Law requires 3 times in shop for SAME problem and a final repair attempt. or 30days total downtime (in shop/ at dealership).

Well, I may need a piece of that cheese to go with my whine. Just got on my 3.7. Been easy on my new 3.7. new and all. Really let down. Next time I'll rag it on the test ride. Live and learn. Hope the flowmaster and K&N cia help. Im not asking for much, but I hate my wifes minivan is quicker. I only have me to blame. I should have found this out on the test ride. Hell, thats what its for. What the hell, still a killer looking truck. Wish you luck on your problems!
