There is a link in one of the threads here (that I can't friggin find right now) that goes over to the jeepforum. The RBZ software was posted there and I updated my radio to enable the Sirius TraveLink and a few other features. Those weren't ready to go when the radios were installed.

You don't ever have to pay for the updates as long as you know how to Burn an ISO to disk.

**EDIT** Found it! The ISO is available at this location: http://www.mediafire.com/?rjw4hyrcaay958k

I used it on my radio and everything works fine; this may clear up your iPod issues.

This might be a stupid question but what is an ISO disk?

When I click on that link it says it can not load the page... Does anyone have this issue?

an iso is a cd/dvd image, its a single file that you open with a burning program and it writes the contained files to a cd/dvd (its similar to a zip archive in the sense that it is a file which is made up of other files)

Where can you find the current version of software on your mediacenter?

I hooked up my ipod after resetting it and still cannot get it to connect. It attempts to them after a little while says "Error". Anyone else get this?

The reason for the error message is because Apple is taking too long to get all the information for artist, tracks, albums genre etc to the Uconnect system. Uconnect will try 3 times to get the needed information from the iPod / iPhone. If it doesn't get it in the supported time frame (which Apple used to use for a long time but decided to change it to a longer time frame) then Uconnect will give the "error occurred" message. Apple won't change this but the good news is that there has been a SW update given to Chrysler that allows the Uconnect time window to be slightly longer. This update has been validated by Chrysler and should be released the end of this week or early next week (7-1-2011 -7-8-2011). This w SW update will not only help with the Apple devices but with several others where the phones are dropping connections.
