go to this link-- http://www.challengertalk.com/forums...55/index3.html and go to reply # 25. I have had the help of mrjeep to post the update on a hosting site where you can download it to a flash drive (or a thumb drive) and then follow the posted instructions on reply #25. This update will work on several other phone re;ated issues as well as the iPhone / iPod issues.
Also after you verify what SW level that you have in your vehicle (43.1.10 will work with this update, if you see that you have 43.1.30, hang tight a few and I will have an updae for mrjeep to post also. I am having a couple people test it for me before posting it)

Unfortunately, I belive that is your radio software level. You got that off the radio menu screen, correct? You will have to look at the module that is on the dash structure to the right of the glove box.

Yea I got that out of the menu screen. Is the module separate from the whole headunit? Because I can get to the headunit easily I have no idea how to get in behind the glovebox for the module you speak of...

cbrrider, yeah, the Uconnect module is an external module. Hang tight a few, it won't matter what the SW is of the Uconnect module. I tested a new update yesterday with the help of a couple forum members (from here, along with the Patriot & Wrangler forums also). I will be asking mrjeep to help me get it hosted for everyone today.

Here you go shrpshtr325,
http://www.mediafire.com/?mp2zbywzdmd2o87

Now you may see something classifying(?) the challenger as a small car. I know it's not but this is only a label that mrjeep used. It uses a low speed CAN file and so does the patriot, 2oo, and a few other cars. Thanks again for your offer to host and the next time I need help, I'll let you know ok.
