New R/T... Unfortunate problem already
That is good to hear. Do you have RWD or AWD?
First attempt to have the problem resolved met with no success as the dealer was unable to replicate the issue and I did not have time to go out and drive the car with a dealership rep. They did however reset the allignment which corrected the severe pull to the right that the vehicle was having.
I will schedule round two soon enough when I have a better opportunity to camp out and participate in the trouble shooting. The problem is not severe but better described as annoying. The feeling coming from the steering is simply not right and takes away from what otherwise is an outstanding overall drivers experience. At specific highway speeds the wheel often (not always) shakes or vibrates, you can actually see the two seams in the leather moving rapidly up and down . Also there is a frequent "knock" that feels like someone making a single hammer tap at the end of a long metal pole that the steering wheel is attached to. These issue don't appear to be safety concerns but they cheapen the overall feel of the SUV.

Has anyone made any progress on this issue? I have an 11 RT with the same shaky steering wheel once I get to about 60 mph. It has been in and out of the dealer since I have bought it. I have 4K miles now and the shake keeps getting worse no matter how many time the service department road force balances or replaces tires. It is not a tire balance issue. Help!

So they replaced the shaft and it still shakes. They want to change the tires out. They wanted to switch to touring tires like on the Citadel but I said I wanted OEM RT performance tires so he is looking for another brand other than the Kuhmos. Bummer... I was hoping the TSB would fix it.
Hopefully they will just fix it cuz I love the truck otherwise. Or they can give me a new one hopefull without a shake. I have just over 4K miles now.
i agree i had same shaking on my 2011 crew lux with steering wheel front seats were going to shake as well, 1st time fixed shakes come back after 360 miles, 2nd time fixed there is no shakes on steering weel but u can feel it in the seats in high speed(70-85mph) taking a curve on highway and some people at dealer says take it easy don't drive so fast!!! Hey i got money to buy brand new piece of crap i will have money to pay the tickets!!!!
