2011 durango r/t piece of crap worst dealer in country

Although I am very happy with my 2012 Durango SXT, I have had bad shock absorbers on mine. Have had three replaced so far. One of the replacements blew out within a week of being installed. This vehicle is not worked hard. I don't even have a trailer tow package on it.
I'm now at 20,000 miles, and it needs to go into the dealer again because the ride has become very rough and somewhat noisy over bumps. If this doesn't get solved, I may just go to an aftermarket shock absorber, if they exist yet. But overall, there is an awful lot to like about this vehicle.

Mooretw,
Glad to hear you're satisfied with the vehicle, but I am sorry to hear about your concern with the shocks. If you are having ongoing issues, feel free to PM me and I'd be happy to review this for you, if you need any additional assistance.
Are the concerns with one specific shock or have all of them had to be replaced?

FWIW I bought my Citadel from this same dealership this guy is complaining about and they were very helpful and generous. I bought the '11 from them as "used" a couple days after the brought it in as a trade and they gave me a free oil change/tire rotation for every day I had to wait to pick it up (while they waited for the title). I never asked for that, but I sure as hell am appreciative of the gesture.
