Pics not working for me to view..looking to switch out my hid bulbs through the fender opening but no luck getting bulb out ?

Default need your advice for HID lights

can i replace the headlights of crew with HID citadel headlights...
What the requirements to install it without errors or external wiring ...

i already replaced them but the TECH used a ext wiring , fuses and small bulb to avoid any error...
but sometimes i facing a flashing bulb so if any gentleman know the right parts which can i use to solve all wrong installation did by him

So I reply to myself...
It's a mod made by seller in France to match to french law for vehicules on roads...
I think so I have no way but put bumper off...
But pictures for doing itself here were not more available... Can someone post them again to help me understand how to remove bumper properly ?
