Default Simple question about BT Catch can install

Just got my BT catch can and I have a simple question. Where is the PCV line on a 5.7? I pulled the top cover and found a tube on the passengers side of the engine running from the rear to the front. It had some sort of twist of looking thing at the back. That seemed to be the PCV. Just wanted to make sure I had the right connection before I plan out hose routing and such.

Thanks

Yes, that is the PCV and has a single hose. You take that off and use the 2 new lengths of hose to connect with the catch can in the middle.

I haven't put my on just yet. I still deciding on a location for the can. Here is a post that has a pic: http://www.durangoforumz.com/showthread.php?t=765

I'll either copy that or mount it off the front of the fuse box. I like that location a bit better, but I will have to fabricate a mounting bracket for that location.

I got the same setup as the post $137.50 shipped. Its basically the no frills version on the BT site.

Thanks for the help guys

Default BT Catch Can

I purchased the BT catch can and installed with an aluminum bracket. Nick at BT said they don't currently support the Durangos yet. I made a 7" bracket from 1" aluminum, attaches to the bolt holding the belt guard right below the TB. Can is in place right behind the coolant tank.

Thanks man. After about 500 miles, it had about 2 ounces of oil/gas gunk in it.
