Stopped in to get a status update and they said they figured out the problem and have been waiting for the part. Apparently the connector at the main fuse box that contains the wiring for the rear blower is loose. So they claim there is something inside fuse box that's damaged. My only thing about this is with this problem they explained, it's kind of weird that there's only one thing that isn't working. But, they say the part should be there on Monday. Entire main fuse box getting replaced. So we shall see!
