Question 2012 R/T: How do you work the rear climate control? UPDATE

Just picked up a Loaded 2012 R/T and cannot for the life of me get the rear climate control to work! I turn on the front, and make sure the rear is active and the rear blower motor is not coming on at all. And I have the rear blower controller set to on. Does absolutely nothing. Truck is 5 days old! Here's a vid of what's going on:

Hit sync and it will sync with the rest of the cabin.

Tried that. All it does is Sync the temperature settings. Doesn't actually turn the rear on.

Did u hit the rear button on the lower left that allows you to control that independently?

There's a Rear button on the bottom right of the dashboard HVAC control panel that I hit. Are you saying there is another Rear button?

Jeff! Unfortunately when we bought it, I had to go to work, so I signed everything and left my wife to finish up. So I missed all the vehicle walkthrough. Figured most of the stuff out on my own though! Of course we were in upstate New York in the middle of nowhere on a camping trip when I couldn't figure out how to get it to work. Just got home, but of course they are closed due to it being Sunday!
