UPDATE!

Ok so I just said **** it and paid a shop to take it all back apart and tighten everything back up properly. No more noises. Wheels and tires are on now too - definitely could have gone up to at least a 285/60 R18 with no issues and/or very minimal trimming with a +8 offset.

Here's the beast!

2.5" Rocky Road WK2 lift kit (without the control arms)
Fuel Beast 18x9, +0 offset, modified by shop for a +8.
Black lugs
BFG TA KO2 265/60 R18 tires

No trimming was necessary, and my dealership did the alignment for free. Said you get one free alignment every 12,000 miles apparently. Something like that anyway.

FYI, the color on the Fuel Beast wheels matches the metallic grey paint really well. It's almost perfect. Much more grey than the OD green it appears in online pictures.

did you have any drive train issues I.E. shifting etc? I've got the 2013 crew with 5.7L AWD stock 265-50-20 I don't necessarily want to go with a bigger tire but a more aggressive wheel widening the stance so it doesn't look like your typical grocery grabber a better looking tire would be nice but don't want to push my luck with it either in a 20 wheel my options for going AT are limited

Default RR LIFT W CLUNK? Sway bar end links.

The RR kit instructions nor help desk mention that once you remove the sway bar end links, you will need to replace them if you get a clunck in a turn/bump maneuver. Drivers side caused no clunk, but passanger had a terrible clunk no matter what the torque is at on the bolt. Be forewarned that the end links are on manufacture back order as of April 2016, and will run you $75 a piece at the dealership. There are some aftermarket suppliers if you look hard enough.

Installing the end links is not very hard at all imo.
That said, removing, and reinstalling end links that have been on the vehicle for any length of time was not. It was difficult, and I personally couldn't get them tight enough to not clunk.
My advice is, if you're doing a lift, buy new ends links all around (they're cheap) cut the old ones instead of fighting with them, and install the new hardware during reassembly of the suspension.
