Hello from a swiss Durango R/T owner
Hi everybody
Reading for several weeks now I decided to register and joint the party :-)
I'm Andi and I live near Basel in Switzerland. Here are quite a lot Dodges around. Lots of Rams, Chargers, Challengers and Nitros.
I was an owner of a Nitro for 5 years. I had not a single issue. Besides the regular service checks not a single part had to be changed until 130'000km where we had to replace the front wheel bearings and the half shaft. These parts are wear parts so completely ok.
One day I visited a web page of a local car seller which is doing big business with importing cars from the EU as they are 20-30% cheaper than the ones directly imported by brands and there it was. 4 brand new 2012 Durango R/Ts. 3 white ones and a silver one. The white ones were not having the rearview camera and the PDC. Something really expensive to add here in switzerland and I didn't want to do cutting etc on a new car. So I took the bright silver one which has everything except the Cross path option. It however has ACC which is cool to use.
I really like the Durango. It has power and sounds absolutly amazing. It also has plenty of room, perfect.
Of course the green people are not really friends of mine anymore :-)
Besides the Durango I'm also owning a 1988 Firebird TransAM GTA with the 350 engine ;-) and an Alfa Romeo 75 (Milano in the states) with a 3.0l V6 engine and 200PS. So you can imagine the looks I've earn in my 160people village, hehe. Buty US Cars and Alfa Romeos are my passion.
Here are some pics of my cars:

My old Voyager which I had pimped to the max :-)
Regards
Andi
