Default Front License Plate

Is there a way to mount the front license plate without drilling holes into the bumper? I noticed the Vipers use this, and wondered if we had anything similar.

I have been looking myself for a while to do this. There are a few companies on the internet that make brackets that attach to existing holes under the bumper for Mustangs and Camaros but I haven't been able to find one for the Durango. You can always use velcro.

Agreed! Until I got pulled over by State Patrol

Him: "Why don't you have a front plate? You know its required in WA State?"

Me: "Uh, well, see what happened was, I removed the big dealer frame. Then I I could not find the right size screws to put on the new frame I picked up, then my dog ate the screws I bought on special and since he ran away I can't find those screws now and uh, its a long story...."

"Oh, I need a front plate in WA State?!?!"

"Didn't know that, good info, I'll make sure to put it on once I find it under a pile in the garage."

Avoided a ticket so I figured I better put it on since I prob wouldn't be so lucky next time. Plus the doofis dealer already drilled holes so whats a couple more IMO.

I wish I had no plate, the dealer I purchased mine from not only screwed the two screws into the bumper that hold the bracket but then ran the two screws that hold the plate to the bracket right into the bumper cover and of course on the radius of the bumper so I can't even use bumper plugs to hide them. Ugh so I just kept changing them until I found one I could live with. LOL ( no front plates here in PA )
