which radio do you have? If it's one of the following (RES, REQ, RBZ or RHB) and depending on the build date of the vehicle, there are 2 Uconnect SW updates available.
You can check out my thread below for more information:

The phone I am using is an iPhone 5 with iOS7

The FM portion of the radio has quick working. AM, SAT, etc are working. An ideas?

Not here. Sounds more like hardware than software.

You know the unfortunate thing is that there are 3 different suppliers for the Uconnect system because of the many different radios that Chrysler offers. The problem is that Uconnect is a brand name and probably should be broken into 3 different models because they all 3 aren't the same or work equally. Each have their own differences and oddly enough, one works better than the others. It supports some features much better as well as being compatible with more phones. This makes it difficult to compare Uconnect in a 2013 Ram vs a 2012 and earlier Ram as well as a few other vehicles.

Is there any display when on FM or is it just no audio?
This sounds like the FM tuner in the radio itself is out. This wouldn't have anything to do with Uconnect. The Uconnect system is an external module linked to the radio and gives the Hands free capabilities.

I am sorry you still experiencing problems with the radio. Possible causes that can be checked is the antenna connection; open or shorted antenna cable; antenna; radio. Have you reviewed the radio concerns with the dealer?

If there were any issues with any of the antenna connections, there would also be problems with the AM radio. In fact that AM radio would have static and other issues way before the FM would with any issues with the antenna connection.
