Default Foglight issue

So, i ran hids in my fogs for a while, switched back to regular bulbs. Went to put hids back in. Did the driver side, powered it up. Lit up great.

Did the passenger, turned it on, they lit up for 1/2 second, then both went out and i no longer have power to them. No error lights on dash. Cant find a fuse for them and didnt see any blown.

Any ideas?

Theres a diagram under the hood. The only one that says fog says "fog light-minivan" and its not blown.

I read on a jeep forum that there may be no fuse for the dogs, thats its controlled through a headlight module. If so, i may be screwed

Any melting issues with HIDS in the Fogs? Ran them in my Wrangler in the same fog set up and they melted the housing because they didn't seat perfect.

I checked the wiring diagram and it's not much help.
https://techauthorityonlinedemo.extr...ew/classic.htm
It says there is a 60 amp fuse and a circuit board, but it doesn't have info on the location of the fuse EXCEPT for the words INLINE JMP POST TO HDLP DASH. It also has a dotted line around the fuse which is supposed to mean that it is internal to a module or junction block. There is a non-serviceable circuit board attached the fuse. I remember in my Gen 1 SLT that the headlight switch would sometimes burn out because of the fog lamps being controlled by it. Anyway, you can look at the diagram yourself by plugging your car details. Good luck.

put your original halogen bulbs back, if they work, then parts of your xenon setup has failed.

I tried them while i was in line at the bank out of curiousity, and they came on for a second, then off. So in gonna switch back to halogens. Gotta order new bulbs as one of my others burnt out.

And yes, hids will melt the housing. Started to ln mine in like 6 months
