Admit they have a problem instead of saying I am the only one!

So take it to them and make them fix it or pull them off and send them back for a refund. There's only so much they can do. I'm sure they are willing to stand behind their product though and if you're not happy then get your money back and wait for another company to try to do something.

What I would like for them to do, is to come out with a spring/shock combo package. To get rid of the load leveling shocks.

Ultimately that would be great for a spring shock combo, but I don't know that our Durango groups would "SPRING" the money for that, I know I would, but I can't speak for the group!

Another idea would be a less aggressive drop in the front, maybe a spring designed for a 1" inch drop in the front since they aren't getting a full inch in the rear.

So have then send you the mid srt front coils, they will work fine. I'm sure they would do that if you send the other stuff back that they have asked for already.

I don't know anything about mid SRT front coils or what that would do since they have never mentioned them.

Well you just requested less drop in the front. That would do it.

Do you ever ride with a full load? If so, ever rub in rear?

I rub if I have the 3rd row seats in and a single adult sitting in the second. Keep in mind I have made some adjustments to my suspension to better suit what I want. I have trucks if I need to haul something or tow.
