Faulty TIPM DYI Repair Fix $75.00 total
This process will repair the no start and battery drain due to failed tipm.. The fuel pump relay is built into the tipm and goes bad and causes these issues. This process gives the vehicle a external fuel pump relay. No more 1000 dollar estimates to replace. This cost me a total of 75 dollars in parts from the dealer and about 2 hours of my time.
Part numbers are listed on images,
Will need a soldering iron, crimpers, wire strippers, wire cutters
Must click on original image link to view pictures clearly which is at the end of the post highlighted in red.
This is step by step from the dealer and totally repairs the issue
The images are dark but the steps are bold. Good luck!

Picture of mine apart. I found it easier to remove the tipm (fuse box) to cut a solder new connections. Dis connect battery before anything (underneath passenger seat)
Take your time. Save $$$

This is great! Is it possible to get clear scans so my service rep can read these? This solves the biggest problem so easily. Thank you!

That's ok as long as it's only the fuel pump circuit that goes down. Often times, it's more than just that. However....If you're a DIY-er, I would do that at the same time, if you ever have to put a new TIPM in for some reason.

Thanks you Dsktsunami for sending the instructions. With them I was able to do this bypass and create what I think are easier to follow instructions.
This maybe late but putting this out there for people to find. Here is how you wire the bypass for the fuel pump relay located in the TIPM. This takes about an hour to do and can be done with simple had tools. Previous to doing this, my Durango had starting issues and would occasional stall while driving. Here is a link to the instructions that I put together along with the STAR instructions from Dodge. Please feel free to share. With this, you will not have to replace the TIPM and save a lot of money.
