Great, happy to hear it was nothing too serious or costly!

We had our TIPM replaced right before the recall that included no action plan. $1150 is what it cost us.

Needless to say we then had the fuel pump relay recall done last month and Chrysler refunded us in full as of yesterday . Kudos for no argument, however between the replacement and reimbursement was a long time.

We were lucky we have sufficient funds in savings. I'm sure others were/are not so lucky. Either way we are still as happy as when we got it and are looking to replace it possibly w a new one.

Just experienced this issue with my 2011 R/T with 50K miles on it. Friday it started, then stumbled all over itself for a couple seconds, then on Saturday it just cranked for the full push button cycle four times without starting. Took the truck to drop the kids off and tried it again when I got back. Cranked right up, so I took it into the dealer on Saturday and got it back today with the recall complete. They said that they could not duplicate it but took care of the recall for that and the sun visors. As of now she is good to go.

Chris

How long did it take from the time you submitted the claim until they sent you a check?

It was repaired on September 16, 2014(Claim was submitted the following Monday on the 23rd, with the official "recall" letter, however there was not a certified fix at that time), Official fix recall done in January, check received in February.

I just had mine into the dealer for computer updates. They fixed my mirror and fuel pump relay due to recalls, but they said my 2011 R/T is not part of this recall?

NJMoparDad,

You can check to see if your vehicle has any outstanding recalls on our Mopar Owner Connect website: https://www.moparownerconnect.com/oc/us/en-us/sub/Pages/RecallsQuery.aspx

Received a notice from NHTSA that there will be a recall on the TIPM-7 to replace the fuel pump relay on the 2012/2013 Durango's and JGC with the 3.6, 5.7, and the 6.2L engines. This is supposed to be an expansion of NHTSA recall number 14V-530 which I don't know what that is ??
