OK, I'll bite. Here are two answers: the first is serious and the other is smart-assed. Take your pick.
1. Dunno. You haven't told us the year, model, engine, mileage etc. on the truck. That data would help in any diagnosis.

2. I'm a staunch believer in women's rights. Betty Freidan would have told you never use your gender as a means towards an end. In other words, you're on your own, sister. :-)

My guess would either be a bad belt and tensioner or idler pulley. UFO could be right it may be low on PS fluid as well.

Ok, fair enough. I appreciate the humor! It is a 2011 Dodge Durango 3.V6 90,000 miles
The sound never stops as long as the vehicle is running.... Just increases with acceleration. And vice versa. I changed the idler pulley thingy's today and checked the belt, unfortunately did not help Any other suggestions?

Use a 3 foot long wooden dowel or cut off broomstick as a make shift stethoscope .
Put one end to Your ear, and the other end to carefully touch things around the engine.
Careful around spinning things, and You should hear where the squealing is coming from.
Could be something like an alternator bearing, AC compressor etc.

Here what I would do. Remove the engine fan belt and start the engine and see if the noise is gone. If the noise is gone. Then the problem is belt driven. If you have the 3.6 engine, there has been a problem with the alternator going bad.
